I wondered if anyone knew the Cartographers Guild. I looked around in the Forum, but found nothing. Anyway: If you want to make a world map for your module (for example for the use with the Darkness over Daggerfold Map System, or just to to display on your pw's homepage) they have tons of tutorials for Photoshop and Gimp: www.cartographersguild.com/tutorials-how/

My personal favourite is:  Rising up the Mountains by Pasis . The most reecent version is 1.5 atm, you might have to scroll a while or look in the pinned thread: www.cartographersguild.com/tutorials-how/4987-tutorials-pdf-format.html
(not gonna provide direct links, as I don't know if they allow direct linking from outside :))

There are really a LOT of them, for all kinds of map (Cities, rotal towns, world maps, ...).

@Carcerian While it's good that you have posted all that documentation, is there any chance of a compilation (i.e. all in one archive) download link as well?

A good idea for all the smaller files, that would certainly be be nice to have, but probably not all the videos, as that would get huge fast.

(as ones like file entry #2 (2d_icon_creatition_avi.rar (2) = 106.19 MB) would add up to a lot since video files usually don't compress any)

I have just literally stumbled upon a free Blender 3D Design Course that I think isn't mentioned elsewhere in this thread.

Yes I've listened to a few of those; they're decent enough.

This one's for those interested in Blender. I have come across a series of tutorials on deviantArt on making low-poly characters using blender. Here is the tutorial section of jugpugz gallery on there. On one of the pages linked to there is a further link to a free (as in creative commons) female base model on BlendSwap (you need a free account in order to download).

Hope these are of use.

Just stumbled on a website dedicated to tutorials called Tutorialized (with that spelling it's probably American). They have loads of tutorials on many different things. For the purposes of this thread you may find their tutorials on the Gimp, Photoshop, Bleander 3D and/or 3DS Max to be of interest. One little oddity I noticed is that the paid for programs have a lot more tutorials when compared to the free ones.
