Everyone is making AWs and OHs on the ME3, but has anyone noticed that there is no EXP gain after each kill??

Where is the RPG promised?? What the hell did they do to My Effect.......sorry, Mass Effect.

There wasn't any xp gain after a kill in ME2, either. I play in some tabletop roleplaying games where you don't gain XP after each kill, or even at all. Experience points are not what makes an RPG.

Whatever they did to your effect, I'm fine with it.

EXP awarded at missions end is better design than per kill. A lot of pen-and-paper RPGs have moved to this model. It focuses the reward on mission objectives and is less prone to abuse by grinding.

True, but ME2 could have handled it better. Like post mission breifings with your squadmates.  Or heck, something even Mirande or even Jacob could do (in speech)
