Garrus fans would be angry if they suddenly put Garrus in a pink dress and turned him into a wimp that doesn't like fighting.
Tali fans would be angry if suddenly Tali was filled with roids and raged.
Miranda fans would be angry if she was turned into a Nun.

You sound just like the haters that promoted Isabella and Miranda and said that their leaked costumes weren't the final outfit.
You were wrong than and you're wrong now.
I'm sick of Bioware screwing over their fans in the hopes that they'll get the haters to stop hateing.

As sad as I am to see Ashley out of heavy armor, Mass Effect does have this crazy concept called "light armor" I've been hearing about.
ME3 codex entry for Light Armor:
High-mobility armor made from 1 part eyeliner, 2 parts mascara, 1 part lipstick, and 4 parts cosmetic surgery.

On a serious note, you need to have some real problems in your life. Maybe then you'll realize what a spoiled idiot you seem right now.

Shepard wears armor later and guess what.
Ashley is 'still' in her catsuit.
Do you have a video or link for that? Not that I don't believe you, I'd just like to see a confirmation.

Bioware's characters are what make their games. They are (or used to be) the whole reason that people play them. It's not that surprising that some people will react like this when their favourite character is butchered.
I didn't like Ash, but I did find her to be the best "strong female" character in the ME games. Definitely more convincing that femshep in my opinion. I'd never expect her to tart up like she does in ME3. She even makes a comment along those lines in ME1 IIRC. The OP has a valid point, do you really have to be such d!cks about it?

Ashley starts in Catsuit.
After SHepard gets N7 Armor guess what?
They're still wearing teir starter outfits just like Miranda and Jacob in ME2~!
Only this time it's pure sexism!
Funny how Kaiden couldn't wear Heavy Armor before and that Ashley is a SOLDIER class and how Bioware drops the ball and we get this. THIS!
Pathetic.

People like you shouldn't be considered relevant when it comes to these characters because clearly you don't care.

Also, anyone that thinks that the way woman dresses has anything to do with whether she's a strong woman or not, doesn't know any really sting women. The thought is more degrading than anything BioWare has ever done.

Bull****. I have real problems that I deal with daily. You know how bothersome it is that it hurts to walk? Yeah, that's my life thanks to bad knees due to genetics. That doesn't mean I can't be angry when my favorite character in one of my most beloved franchises is ruined to sell sex and sexism.

Dohohoho. I c wut u did thar. Allow me to retort:
"Combat hard-suits use a dual-layer system to protect the wearer. The inner layer consists of fabric armor with kinetic padding. Areas that don't need to be flexible, such as the chest or shins, are reinforced with sheets of lightweight ablative ceramic. The outer layer consists of automatically-generated kinetic barriers. Objects traveling above a certain speed will trigger the barrier's reflex system and be deflected, provided there is enough energy left in the shield's power cell."

And elite? Calm down. Stop and think, its just a game. Its just a game. Its just a game. Who cares. Who Cares. Relax buddy relax. Nothing we have seen so far is final. The game is not done. They can still change it if they wanted too. You don't have to freak out and go all apes**t over this. Remember, its not the looks that count, its the personality.

For Garrus: I'd laugh not pointlessly rage like you.
For Tali: Good for her rage is just what she needs to get through a tough war.
For Miranda: I'm sure she could pull off the nun robe.
