Pretty much topic title post your ideas for the melee attacks of the otehr 5 classes

Adept: Uses his advanced biotic powers to rip his enemy´s arms (well there is supposed to be dismemberment in this game)

Infiltrator Incinerate your fists cought flames and you punch your enemy burning and killing him instantly

thats all i can think of if anyone has any more ideas post here :)

A biotic aura forms around your fist and you punch the enemy in the face with it, for adepts and/or sentinels.

I think there should be some kind of CQC esque takedown. I suppose each class could give their own spin on it.

Sentinel:Biotic aura forms around your Omni blade after you stab someone it pulls the enemy forward

Adept: utilising a mass effect field or a singularity around their fist, deliver a skull crushing punch to the enemies (similar to what Jack/Liara have done before)

Infiltrator: a quick cloak into a backstab, maybe utilising an actual knife (Murder knife anyone?)

Engineer: the incinerate thing they've already mentioned

Soldier: that sweet ass omni blade

Sentinel: most likely similar to the engineer

Vanguard: Utilising a biotic field around their head, the Vanguard crushes his enemy skull with a good old fashioned headbut

Vanguard:Ypur shotgun gets a biotic aura you point it at the chest of the enemy,shoot it and makes them fly away
Engineer:Omni-blade (makes more sense)

Some kind of Biotic thought bomb that attacks all available enemies. Maybe it can be a Biotic Grenade or something. It can have the effect of a warp that hits everyone but shows a mean explosion.

I was partial to the Shotgun Carnage attack in ME1 but the Shotgun proved useless to me in ME2. Maybe they can have homing biotic shells for the Assault Rifle or somehow use your biotic powers to amplify the power of your weapons. I'm going off the cuff here.

Soldier:Omni-blade
Engineer: Sweet incineration attack mentioned earlier.
Infiltrator: something similar to Kasumi's shadow strike
Adept: Biotic enxtention of limbs (punching people from dozens of feet away.)
Vanguard: Charge melee combo.
Sentinel: splash damange attack (like when power armor detonted when it was destroyed)

Infiltrator: Assassin's Creed 2-style double "hidden blade" type weapons. Could attack 2 enemies at once.

Sentinel: A biotic/tech "shield" forms around your arm and you slam an enemy.

Infiltrator: simple combat knife please. If you want to get exotic, have the blade be an alloy that can only be manufactured using mass effect fields. If there is the option, I will pass on the omni-blade.

Vanguard forms a biotic aura around him/her reducing their mass to near zero and infusing their hits with biotic power allowing them to rapidly punch and/or kick the enemy. Maybe use that for the fast melee attacks and this for heavy 1

The Vanguard Charges immense biotic power to his fist infusing it with biotic power and reducing its mass to near zero. the Vanguard then fastly punches the enemy but at the last second increases his fist's mass tremendously allowing his fist to hit the enemy like a biotic freight train with the excess biotic power exploding in a small radius (1.5m or 3). 

For Sentinel i've suggested this in another thread in ME 2 forums but give the Sentinel a Tech shield like the shadow brokers and give them a shield bash.

For Infiltrator they need a kasumi style cloak-teleport at close range to go behind enemy back and then snap their necks

Soldier: I would've went with an omni-tool billy club, but the knife works too.
Vanguard: A punch/biotic throw combo.
Infiltrator: the soldier's knife seems to work better here in combination with a tactical cloak. Or perhaps with a lighter step, good for attacking enemies from behind.
Adept: a biotically-boosted punch or warp punch. Would be good for knocking down enemies, not for throwing.
Engineer: An overload-boosted punch. Could send a shock through the omni-tool.
Sentinel: Perhaps something like a tech shield mentioned earlier.

Ideas

Soldier:
Should be as it is. Seems perfect in the demo. Bullrushing and just stabbing a guy...just perfect. Aggressive yet somehow sort of elegant.

Infiltrator:
Be based on stealth and martial arts. I can see neck-snapping, throat-slitting, stuff like that. Various sorts of martial arts takedowns leading to knife/omni-blades to the face/chest.

Vanguard:
Even more aggressive than the Soldier's. Maybe something like a Biotic Punch? Mini-charge, a haymaker with the force of biotics behind it perhaps. Basically, even more aggressive and brutal than the Soldier's. It'd probably be too much to put in, BUT some X-Ray effects to show the crushing of bones a la the new Mortal Kombat would be epic and brutal.

Adept:
Maybe something like fashioning a blunt object out of a mass effect field to smash someone? Kind of like a mass effect baseball bat, or something where you just create that field and wield it as a tool of destruction. More finesse than the Biotic Punch of the Vanguard, but it has its own style.

Engineer:
A punch with the omni-tool, but the omni-tool discharges an incredibly strong electric current. Thunderpunch (15/15PP, lulz) for the win, eh? I could also see it being a randomized "elemental" effect: one time you have the electroshock effect to represent Overload, another a freezing effect to represent Cryo, and as already mentioned, a fire effect to represent Incinerate.

Sentinel:
A biotic punch with the omni-tool. When the punch connects, the omni-tool emits/detonates a charge unleashing an explosion or mini-shockwave similar to how Assault Armor detonated in ME2. The enemy receives the tech explosion, then the raw force of the biotic force that supplements the tech effect will summarily end the opponent.

Soldier: Omni-blade stab FTW, 'nuff said

Infiltrator: The often-talked-about cloak-necksnap combo, or something else involving cloaking and an omni-blade

Vanguard: Biotically-charged punch (or uppercut?) similar to Jack's on the Purgatory mission that sends enemies flying

Adept: Possibly doing something similar to the Slam biotic power, or maybe grabbing an opponent, taking a second to charge a Warp field around their hand, then blast the enemy with it

Engineer: Freeze enemy with omnitool, then shatter with a kick or punch, or an electrically-charged onnitool punch, or point-blank flamethrower effect like Bioware's already discussed

Sentinel: Charged Warp field in one hand, electrically-charged omnitool in the other, and hit enemy with both so they're simultaneously electrocuted and warped
