For some reason her health bar is green. Always green.

Slight bug. Should sort itself out when you return to the Normandy.
Save/Load might fix it as well.

Sounds like someone's got a hole in their hazmat suit. Serious side, I get poisoned pretty regularly... I keep medical mods in the armor just because of it... no idea how long of a timer poisoning has before it goes away, but as Bogsnot said, go to the normandy and it'll go away.

Hm, actually, returning to the Normandy and saving/loading hasn't fixed it. It's remained through several play sessions now.

Garrus has done this in my games on occasion too, it's very annoying and yes returning to the Normandy does not fix it...I have left him on board for several missions because of this and he is still in the green next time I use him....What I found works is, take Tali on a mission with you, at the very start, before any action set your game to casual, pull out your weapon and wait, Tali should then return to red....re-set your game to prefered setting and play on, it should be fixed.

What!? You never played Casual!???........I know, I know, it's my secret shame, my first ever game on ME was Casual........My defense, I was an extremely casual gamer and it was my second shooter game, the first only played twice....:(....Casual has an automatic self and squaddie heal by the way...^_^....comes in handy sometimes.......Proud to say I have played Insanity since those early days...^_^

i had this but I tended to have it happen when in colder environments or someone with atleast a lvl1 hazard rating

i killed that off by adding an armour upgrade that increases your immunity to tali which stopped that
