Please tell us that we'll have a larger crew than just these characters. Having only six team members (seven with the CE) is kind of lame since we had 12 in ME2. Are there any more full-time squadmembers yet to be announced?
Are there any new full squadmates to announce?

Hopefully not. Quality is more important than quantity, and we saw what happens when you have too many squadmates. Endless calibrations...

Six plus a DLC character seems reasonable. Six is all we got in ME1 and that was fine. Shepard was building an army in ME2, so it makes sense there would be more people on his squad at that time. In ME3, he/she needs to gain the loyalty of entire species to fight with him/her, not just individuals.

She's had a redesign. Mordidn didn't get one. Given that Ash, Kaiden and Garrus were all redesigned, she's probably on the ship.

The actual ME3 site. It's part of the CE and stated to be a prothean. Look like not all the collectors died and they're now free of indoctrination and want some payback. Kind of like the Enclave remnants in Fallout: NV.

Nowhere does it say jack is going to be back although that would be cool. It just says her look has changed, Every character that has survived will make an appearence and may even join you for a mission or 2 but nowhere does it say Jack will be a squadmate.
