YES! I noticed that too. Posted it on another thread. This was the "squadmate" I was most worried about.

EDI is back! Hopefully there's no plot twist involved and to me that sounded like Tricia Helfer... bonus!

Where would she be? She's integrated into the Normandy, and the Normandy is back with the Alliance in ME3. You can't just copy or download AIs in the ME universe...you need all their hardware too.

Also, we've known Tricia Helfer was recording VA for ME3 like months ago via her twitter

And the Alliance could have ripped her out, or she could have been hard-wired to serve Cerberus, although that seemed unlikely after she answers all Shep's quesitions once she's unlocked.

She sweetly puts that bomb right down the hole. Love it.

Also, I had to watch that Reaper fight a few times to make absolutely sure, but Joker clearly says he has the "whole Turian fleet" up there.

That would depend on exactly how intergrated EDI is with the Normady's systems, plus the Alliance didn't get to finish the re-fit on the Normady before the Reapers turn up.

It was already confirmed before E3 that she was going to be back as EDI.

I am ridiculously happy about this. I love EDI, consider her to be part of the crew, and I would have found a way to punch Alliance officers if they took her away. I sort of view EDI as being the 'spirit' of the Normandy; it wouldn't be the same without her.

The only banter in ME2 that was better than Shepard/Liara in the LotSB DLC was the banter between Joker and EDI.

"I love the sight of humans on their knees."
Joker's reaction was priceless.
"That was a joke."
