I have some
problems and need help, it is all about this  dam code to Cerberus.

I read that
you need to start up mass effect 2 and then it is going to ask you about the
code and your log in info, so first I created a profile here, at this site then
I logged in when I where in game and wrote my code down when it asked me,
nothing happened, at all, and when I tried to do it once more it said that the
code I was trying to use already had been used,  but I never got any of that bonus stuff, and I
tried to write down the code down her to but hear it won't recognize it, this
is just to weird,  help, please.

You can only enter the code once at the in0game menu, as it is a single use code.

Try the link, it should take you too the dlc you are authorized to have.
To find it otherwise look under you avatar and choose profile tab, and look for "your registered game content" click to be taken to all the dlc you are authorized to dl and use.

That weird, when I follow the link I come to a place with a lot of dragon age 2 stuff, I don't even have that game, it is like weird, so, what is that suppose to mean? I mean I just want Cerberus, not some weird gnome from wonderland.

I got some more info, I think, I read that text you advised me about and know I am in bright understandable light, wrong code. I used the dick check code in the game, and here for that matter, no wonder why it is not working, so know I need to find that other "real code", hmm, do I even have one of those.

I have only one code and that's the code to that disk check, I looked everywhere and on the back of my gaming box there are a text saying that there are a code inside and there are but that's for the disk check and in that text it said that the Cerberus code was not connected to the disk check code, so, this means what? That I have been lied to when I bought this product? That's just nasty,

I got help from EA, now it works,
