Question about ME3 Preorder - did it go horribly wrong?

This is a question for anyone (and everyone) who preordered ME3.

I think (I'm not certain!) that I sent Origin a preorder for ME3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition.
And my credit card has been charged.

There was also something about sending a confirmation email to my mailbox.
I have not seen this as yet.

I assume (again, not certain!) that I was logged into my EA and/or Origin account at the time.
Since I was going through about 20 screens reactivating my account and changing my password, I can't be sure I was still logged in.

And then I tried to review the pending order.
So far, I have not been able to find it! Image IPB

The only thing in my EA account is an old order for Pinnacle Station (ME1 DLC).
As for the Origin one, I haven't been able to find it at all!


Am I going to seriously regret my confidence in ME3 by placing a preorder with this company?

Some advice before I have to go to Origin and ask them what the heck is going on would be appreciated.

I really hope I don't have to go to my bank and request the cancellation of this transaction...... Image IPB


Edit: The confirmation email finally arrived, so I guess it sortof worked.
I'm still very confused though, seeing as I can't find the history or store tracking or anything. Image IPB
