Anyone new to the franchise would look at E3 demo and trailers and would think its a TPS shooter in the vein of gears, set in space. are they embarassed by the fact that its an RPG ? clearly there is tons of RPG stuff they are not showing, atleast i hope thats the case. with DA2 gamers collectively wrote bioware an FU note, for taking the RP out of RPG, im cool with streamlining stuff, but they are going above and beyond and thats totally unnecessary.skyrim the potential cheesecake of RPG's is just looming around the corner, the witcher 2 was a love letter to old school RPG's with stellar reviews all over, so how come bioware hasnt got the message yet ? if they are so enamored with combat, why not just make a TPS like all other devs, just leave the RPG genre for those who want to embrace it.i dont understand why there has to be this beef between gamers who want combat, and gamers who want RPG elements, if all you want is combat the TPS genre is tailor made for you, to ask for an RPG game to be turned into a generic TPS just for the sake of your own convenience is just unreasonable, especially an RPG that is as established and has a huge fanbase as ME.

They're deliberately trying to hide the RPG roots in the advertising of the game, like it's the ugly stepchild who can't be shown to the public. They've been doing this for some time now.

Stop crying. If they revealed everything in one day then they wont have anything new to reveal until the game is launched.

The Skyrim E3 footage was hack 'n slash mixed with "dragon powers" - and some hints regarding the huge open world...

Rici - I'm reporting every post you make. Why? Because all you do is cuss and whine and try to insult people who enjoy ME2 and what they've seen of ME3 as "chimps who buy CoD" - grow up please and at least have some respect for those with a differing viewpoint.

As to the OP, I hope this week will reveal more of the RPG additions because it'll be a pretty ugly time on these forums if Bioware passes up the chance to show it off for so many wanting to see it.

Do you some of you people deliberatly look for something to whine, complain, and moan about. One would think people would have been excited about seeing gameplay footage of reapers on earth or of a krogan female.
