Probably. I would also hope that having Wrex and Mordin alive would make a huge difference to the outcome of the Sur'Kesh/Tuchanka storylines, but I'm not holding my breath.

I was watching the biopulse footage tonight and saw something interesting.  It seems Bioware are now subtitling the demos (yeah bout time for us old coots that have crap hearing) and during the mission with Mordin the subtitles had Wrex talking then towards the end it started saying Wreav.  Not sure what to make of that other than it was a bit of a **** up ?

I would love to see Wreav as a squadmate. My alt Shepard killed off Wrex to see what they would do with his (and Morinth's) character in ME3.

That was my first thought and I certainly wouldn't be against it.  However it could simply be a mistake with the subtitles, the game is far from finished so these kind of errors are bound to crop up.  However it would be great to have Wrex and Wreav working together.

I always found it weird how ME2 acts like Wreav never existed if Wrex is still alive. Hopefully they do appear together in ME3.

Maybe it was a bug but in one of the gameplay demos with the Krogan princess they said that Urdnot Wrex would definitely show up as he couldn't keep his hands off a fertile female, later in the demo though you are at some point in radio contact with another krogan identied as Vreav, I'll see if I can find the video

Edit: it has apparently been taken down as it was a "livestream" and has been replaced with something else from the con.

No, it just doesn't bring him up.  Not the same thing.  Yeah, sure, someone could've namechecked him in a Wrex game, but it's not particularly meaningful that they didn't.  By the time you show up, Wrex has been in charge for awhile, things are going quite well for Urdnot, and no one gives a crap about Wreav anymore.  And it's not like regime changes involving fatalities on Tuchanka are particularly noteworthy (which, given Wreav's attitudes, is pretty much the only way it could have gone down: not fond of Wrex, not fond of Wrex's ideas, and not the kind of guy who'd say "Screw it. I guess I'll just go be a merc now...").  Or, you know, fatalities in general.

- in another version that I can't find the guy saying "Shepards head up you got incoming" just before the mech lands, it was subtitled as "Vreav: blah blah" but they still talk about Vrex..

Could be interesting if both were still alive =)
