After Sony's last update I noticed that for the first time Origins started to freeze during gameplay when in the middle of a fight.  Now after this 3.65 firmware update its freezing all the time now even after only 10 mins of gameplay making the game unplayable.

It seems to me that Bioware and Sony just don't seem to work together.

I recently had to get my ps3 exchanged for a replacement and couldn't put my saves to usb and for some reason bioware has kept the copyright thing still on the saves so I lost 6 walkthroughs and thought ok I'll do them again but the way things are I'll be lucky if I ever manage one walkthrough.

So with Bioware's copyright saves and Sony's firmware probs with freezing I'm fed up with both companies.

The saves so you know for DAO were system locked. That's why. It's annoying as hell. If I could only get just 1 more patch for 1 issue with DAO, it'd be to remove that. Just so I can back stuff up and not lose my dudes.

Ok since I last posted I went out and bought another Origins disc in case there was something wrong with my disc but lo and behold its still freezing like crazy when I'm fighting, going through my inventory and even when I click on a npc.

I would not have this much hassle if I was able to move my previous 6 walkthroughs onto a usb but Bioware just couldn't care.

I'm gonna give it another couple of days and if probs still continues I'm taking all my Bioware games back and never buying another game from them again as I have no trust in them. I've already started to bad mouth them to other ppl as both my nephew and friend at work asked me if they should buy DA2 and I told them both to stay clear of Bioware games giving them a list of reasons why they shouldn't and to tell other ppl the same as this is the angriest I've ever been as a gamer and I've been playing games since ZX Spectrum.

Did you try deleting your game data and reinstalling? Things do get corrupted. Stuff does happen. I haven't played since the PS update, but there hasn't been a lot of people posting about this. So I must assume its your system. Odds are some file got corrupted. That would just be my guess.

If it don't work, you could also contact Bioware's/EA's real tech support. We can only help so much.
