To mods: the last thread got locked very unfairly. It wasn't meant for voice recognition discussion. It was meant to be there simply for fun. To kill time til ME3 release. Like Motivationals, Hipster ME, one word story. Hope you understand.
If you lock this down either way... well, okay. I get it. No fun allowed, fine. Give me a temp ban for spamming, if you want. 

We now know how Kinect will be implemented in ME3. Voice recognition for dialogue and squad commands. Squad commands like "Liara, Singularity!" and "Garrus, Concussive Shot!" can be heard in the E3 demo. That can mean only one thing...
