Sorry I have an odd question to ask. I'm Playing through Mass Effect 2 a second time through with different results from the first play through.
What I wanted to know was when you play Mass Effect 3 will the choices from the first play through or the second play through be Imported?

It will import the most recent save, if it shouldn't work you can just go and delete the save you don't want.

Depend if your import your first or second playthrough.
If you make a new game +, you start a brand new game with just some stat of your last playthrough, and they are not related to choices you made in the story.
Keep different save of end game, so you won't have to worry.
