I was reading up about the N7 edition and to my suprise i saw The Prothean Dlc could this be our next Zaeed? a badass prothean scientist or soldier frozen i want i want i love the protheans! is it true???

Apparently the text about the Prothean DLC was a "mistake from old text".

i dunno. chris priestly basically gave us an official announcement that it was a mistake. they can hint and tease, but i dont think bioware would outright lie to us.

ME1 has Reaper controlled Geth as the enemies.
ME2 has a free Geth squadmate.

ME2 has Reaper controlled Protheans (aka Collectors) as the enemies.
And you're supposing that ME3 has a free Prothean squadmate?

Seems logical. Funny how people seem to think they're extinct. Are you ignoring the Collectors or what?

LOL it's coming and you know it, just as Legion, Kasumi etc. They wouldn't specify an NPC in DLC title, and I doubt they would cut planned squaddie completly (did they ever do that?). So yeah, it's coming, get ready for Prothy

As far as I know, my Shepard made the Collectors extinct

Well yeah, that would be cool, but to be honest, I'd rather have a Rachni Nest Guardian or whatever those tough Rachni are called as a squaddie. Only if you saved the queen, of course.
