I purchased the Health Poultice recipe last night and had the reagents to create 6 poultices. At the time of purchase I had no Health Poultices in my inventory and had the item displayed on my action bar with a quantity of 0.

Using my herbalist (Morigan) I created 6 poultices and closed the crafting panel. I noticed that the quantity in the action bar still displayed 0 and was still greyed out. Clicking on it gave the out of item sound. I checked my inventory and it shows the 6 items there.

In combat, I am unable to use the Action Bar button and I am also not able to go into the inventory, click on a Health Poultice and select use (I can execute the request, it just doesn't result in my player consuming a poultice or the quantity changing down by 1)

I have tried the following:

- Use item from inventory rather than action bar
- Remove item from action bar and use from inventory
- Replace item on action bar - Same slot
- Move item on action bar - Different slot
- Remove item from action bar and place on a slot that has never previously been used
- Remove from action bar, save, quit, restart, load
