I downloaded some Mass Effect 2 DLC but can't use it as it can't be authorised without connecting to the Cerberus Network, and when I try to do that I get an error telling me I'm not connected to the Internet when I am. This error persists even though I have allowed Mass Effect 2 to work through my firewalls. Any advice? I kinda want to get my £12's worth.

You'll have to contact EA. They seem to have some servers offline (again - - it's happened before). Don't forget what this is - we are Gamer to Gamer Self-Help in here; nothing official.

EA told me to sort the firewalls, so I thought I'd see if anyone knew any quick solutions while I waited for their response to the news that it didn't work. Thanks anyway.
