Yep, we be getting a Proethean. Or rather, a Collector. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a Collector seeing as their General is dead, they're probably not under the command of the Reapers anymore, and want to help stop the Reapers.

The collectors are pretty much husks controlled by the reapers. I doubt one would be capable of independent thought.

So have the protheans been remodeled then? In the Mass Effect 2 codex, they looked like they had tentacles coming out of their face.

I was hoping for a recruitable Cerberus operative, or former squadmate, or geth, or even for the Alliance to rebuild Saren the same way Shepard was rebuilt by Cerberus... But a Prothean squadmate really does not appeal to me, sorry to say.

Hopefully they give us a way to disable him, or not force the DLC for CE, I don't want a mystical race that holds the legendary status of nearly reaching godhood to be spoiled by a character that comes out of left field... I like lore that is coherent. More so if he is supposed to have no impact on the storyline, which smells of lies.
