Is it just me, or does lea look a bit like Felicia Day?

Asian blood and curse in the same sentence? No way! I can tell you that my best GF was an amazingly lovely Japanese lady. Good times, good times.

Don't get me wrong, I like my Asian lineage(I'm a quarter Japanese/Thai), but by some strange twist of fate I'm the only one that looks Oriental, besides my grandmother who is 100% Asian(also the only person I look related to since I got my Asian features from her). My mother is half Japanese/Thai,  and my half-sister is a quarter, yet neither of them remotely look Asian in the slightest. They both look completely Caucasian despite most Asian genes being dominant.

So while my half-sisters enjoy their amber, hazel, green, and blue eyes, along with light brown and dirty blonde hair, I can only watch with envy because I got the Asian side of the gene stick.

Asian side = Only black and brown hair/eye colors :crying:

So you got thai blood too? My mom is from thailand and my dad is from france. That somewhat makes me a eurasian but without the blonde dye and when i grow my facial hair, people mistake me for an arab and i got hauled in for a spot check in the train station twice.

My half brother looks more caucasian and i dunno but i tend to be 50% each.

You want to know the irony? I got into fights with the muslim community in my country over the flipping iraq war in school just because i was born in the states, sometimes i curse at the mix blood i have because of these racism **** i get in my country.

It gets even funnier in this country, they preach the importance of "Racial harmony" but that crap is non existent seeing every race hates each other here, muslims aren't allowed in the airforce and in politics, the chinese don't get any help from the government when the malaysian born people do, the caucasian community is completely cut off from the local culture etc etc.

The only reason why racial riots don't break out is because our system is similar to north korea ergo(authoritarian) extremely harsh punishment and you get condemed for life, it just happens that our government isn't as brutal as theirs to the extent of getting executed.

Wow. So uhh, which country are you living in right now?

Singapore.

You're right, thank you!
The skin tone on the right looks indeed much more like my actual skin tone... I was thinking I should turn the saturation down or filter the yellow out before I uploaded this, but in the end I was just too lazy, so thanks for fixing it :)

And Felicia Day, that's a first... although I'm certainly anything but unhappy to be compared to her, I think my own eagerness in the matter might actually be clouding my judgement.
I used to dye my hair red in my teenage years, I guess that would have helped in this case...

What else is one supposed to do in a thread with the title "Pics of DA:O gamers", if I might ask?

If anything, I'm actually being ON-topic for once.

But if you're worried about me hogging all the spotlight, good Sir, that can easily be remedied - just post some pictures of yourself to restore the balance! ;)

Seriously, no joke. Red hair like this = insta love, jaw dropping, mind boggling, hypnotizing, bedazzling, breath taking, which eventually leads to pseudo-fainting. Posted Image (that's me on the ground, with a drunken smile)

And perfectly drawn lips btw. Which is a rarity these days.

Heh, thanks, perhaps I should start dyeing it again, I've always been a fan of red hair myself.

Or I'll see whether I can dig up some more pictures of the olden times when I used to be a red head - I know Excalibut is gonna be mad at me again, but I think I can take it, I'm a big girl after all.

Is saying "I only come to this topic because lea is beautiful." creepy, or honest?
A little bit of both, if I had to guess...Posted Image

Anyway...You look great as a red-head and as a brunette. You're a freak of nature!
...And I mean that in the best way possible. After all, you did bless my cheek with a kiss (Well, more my shoulder, actually. I don't mean to look a gift-horse in the mouth, but you might want to work on your aim) Posted Image

Ha, you're right, that's never been a particular strenght of mine, which is why I'm also a poor candidate for any sort of ball games... but it's not my fault, I'm telling you, it's my lazy eye that screws up the aiming!

I'll try to do better next time, anyway ;)

Huh, you can open your eye(s?) fairly wide for someone who has to deal with Captain Lazy Lash. There's a teacher at my high school who can barely get her eye open, period. I guess there's different severities?

...And don't worry about "doing better" next time. My shoulder hasn't felt this good in ages! Posted Image

Yeah well, I was tortured by being forced to wear eyepatches my entire childhood (not even the pirate-y kind!) and had an operation afterwards, none of which was particularly pleasant at the time but I guess it really helped with the issue...
(Although you can often still see it in pictures, whenever I'm looking straight at the camera, one of my eyes seems to be zoning out somehow and looks freakily inactive; which is also why I tend to avoind the "straight at the camera" look)

And I'm glad you're content with my miserable air-kiss aim anyway :)

I was forced to wear an eyepatch for most of primary school too, though it was to train my right eye for targeting and not for any medical reasons.

Though that does make me the ideal choice to help you with target practice... Posted Image

I did, and I went ahead and made the above comment anyway.

Sounds like it
Although I'm still not so sure it'd be wise to hand me a weapon, seeing as my aim is still off even with things like softballs.
But, where there's life (and rifles!) there's hope, perhaps even I could learn... :police:

If Exacalibut was a legendary sword, I'm sure it would be just as awesome as Exacalibur...Maybe a little on the "cheeky" side, though.

Honestly, it doesn't matter that much. I really didn't notice the typo until people (including yourself) started to point it out.

Same here, I only really noticed because of the post... anyway, I apologize with all due form for my childish allusion to possible jokes based on that typo.
It was only my hurt pride talking, after Excalibut had so harshly spurned my photo-posting.

I'm sensitive, you know!

Who said anything about handing you a weapon?  I wouldn't think a WMD (Weapon of Mass Distraction) like you would need one to do some damage Posted Image

I just felt I had to explain the typo in case someone spotted it and thought, "haha, this guy uses his butt for a sword!".. Or something
