Umm, the image sprung to my head, and it's horrible.....
I think I'm...odd....
of course "exotic" pets have special needs and a good master would need to know all my needs to keep me healthy and happy!
Trust me, it definately was not the image of you what sprung to my head...
Besides, you are beautiful and desirable anyway, we're you a man, woman or a kitty. Life's too short to be too conservative :innocent:

Normal version as a Canadian in each hand?
That looks like it is at a folk music festival or something along those lines.

Looking at pics like this I wonder how the Army guys did not adopt digital woodland. Marpat looks sooooooo much better and also seems far more effective.
Yeah I always preferred my woodland BDUs, and DCUs were out of regulation at my unit at Bragg. So the digital jammies were it, they even made us cut down on wearing our BDUs, which I really griped about lol, the digis are made very poorly too, velcro wears out quick, especially when you got your vest loaded down with mags and you carry extra for good measure like I did in my cargo pouches. It's funny though we always had to check our shoulders to see if our patches came off on eachother after being packed into the oh **** bunker.

As you can imagine, I don´t wear it because I don´t want to take the risk of a Devil´s Dog breaking my legs for wearing an EGA I haven´t earned...
Still, glad to see that a veteran of Afghanistan is back home and (hopefuly!) doing fine!

I dont recall a time where me or my guys ever took a prisoner, suffice to say I'm not experienced in the "taking of prisoners" bit of it all. Not that it wasnt our intention not to, just never came to that point.

Yeah I've been back since late 07, discharged(honorably) in late 08, Army turned me loose, said on account of all injuries sustained I would be unable to maintain the "Army" standard, so that was nice of them...My big brother is in now, going to flight school for blackhawks(UH-60), damn proud of him and despite the danger of getting shot down, I'm relieved he'll be up in the air instead of being on the ground and in the mix like I was, him being a father well I could only speculate being in my boots would have brought back some badness to the family life. As far as how I'm doing well, I manage, take every day one at a time, sometimes I cant function I guess is a word for it, medication helps some, I just have a real short fuse now, and it's hard for me to deal with people, some guys have a mental capacity for it all but it changed me more than I could have anticipated for. But I do appreciate the words.
And by the way Marines aint that bad, they're actually for the most part really nice guys.

I have the deepest of respect for the men and women in our military. My cousin was killed in Iraq back in Jan.2005. All of you are hero's to me and this country owes your plenty.

It's hard integrating back into "normal" life after seeing what we've seen; anyone who says otherwise is a liar. Hang in there, and if you need to talk to someone who's been chewed up and spat out in the same way my inbox is open.

Good to meet another, yeah it's been rough man, cant get hired most places, places that do hire, either my body cant handle it anymore, or too many people, too much noise, and I just freak out, I lose it. So I started writing, I figured if I cant make this work for myself, then I got something to hold on to. I can write in peace and quiet away from all the people, I'm not a recluse I just prefer light interaction, or more personable types of interaction, less people, less chaos I guess. Alot of people dont get it, they act like I'm just supposed to wake up and snap out of it, of course those with that opinion have been accountants, a musician, you know not saying their **** aint hard but they dont know the least bit about what I'm going through so, but I do appreciate the kind words bud.

I know that feeling. I did pretty much the same after I got out: put pen to paper and started writing music. It's turned into a decent income with plenty of ways to drop off radar if I find myself in need of an escape route.
I'd like to read some of your work sometime (and I'd be more than happy to send you some of mine).

Oy, tube it up and let everyone enjoy!
These days I'm working with Toei to produce orchestral soundtracks for the Super Sentai franchise (composing since 2005, conducting since 2008). Run a youtube search for Shinkenger episodes and you'll hear the work I churned out last year under the dialogue, though that hasn't been my best season to date.
I also have a repertoire of non-commercial work that I try very hard to keep off youtube, but I'm willing to trade art for art.

So this is the kind of stuff I do back home in my free time:

This is a rehersal for a bigger show and the weapons are wrapped in foam to prevent serious injuries. When the real deal is on, we use also the real steel stuff.

In the meantime Godak's started a club for the Pirate Queen so that when she rejoins us we'll all be in one place to welcome her back. Come join and we can all reminisce about the good old days of internet marriages, the correct application of subtlety, etc.
