No it is not level with the ceiling or plum with the wall. Your head has nothing to do with it 

My level would like to disagree! Ha! Plus, you're seeing it from a weird angle. You can't really grasp the whole situation with the room/ceiling/etc. from one angled picture.

EDIT: I'd like to say that if no one else starts to post pictures, I'm going to let this thread die.
