@AgnosticTheocrat: Blasphemy! The 80s will never die! Perhaps some parts of them should but they will be looked back upon with wistful nostalgia (Half of VH1's programming depends on this fact).

Capitol Hill in Seattle, actually. I know, it's an easy confusion to make, especially since there's also another district near my house called Georgetown. So yeah, Washington state, not DC.
