Sten is very hot. And he can actually be quite funny at times. Zev/Alistair are still tied for my favorite though.
But Sten > Daveth. But, we didn't get to know very much of Daveth to get a good look at his personality...

If you have a web cam or a digital camera you take the picture with those and host them on sites like www.imageshack.com.

The process is pretty straight forward when you check out the site.
