Zev was right!  Leather is nice.  Soft and black, preferably.  I feel bad for the animals it comes from, but it's so pretty and it smells good...  LOL

I agree wholeheartedly.  I have a wardrobe full of it Posted Image

Assuming you have a shaved head, I see another Rob Halford lookalike. :police:

Now try on some aviator shades!

ok, i give, i give, you were an adorable kid. ^_^
now you do realize that in order to use that you can't approach a girl with a mask on. that's a big no no. and very creepy. just remember to smile (i'm sure you can pull it off ;)). especially if it's one of those goofy smiles. alistair doesn't have a legion of fangirls for nothing.

weird thought - i think it's interesting that more guys post pictures of hiding their face than females

Mystery effect. Or perhaps we're insecure bastards
But hey i'm not really masked on it, it only covers a bit of my mouth and such because i'm looking down D:
And perhaps i might give a photo of me smiling or such. :o

But i can't compete with alistair, he got a wicked sence of sarcasm that's just great.

I hate takin' photos of my self though, got a crappy camera.
And i don't have long enough arms to get any good pictures.

There i'm kind of smiling. Not a full smile but still, gotta be worth something.

Scary, i had hair on my head back then.

I think I'm in love with that library!  I've always wanted a room full of old leather-bound books.  The pages just feel different than brand new paperbacks, and they have a particular smell that's comforting.  The outside is beautiful too.  I wonder if they'd let me live there....  Posted Image

Wholeheartedly agreed, especially on the infinitely comforting properties of the smell of Old Leather-Clad Books.

I went to the German launch party for ME 2 last night, and yes, I did the lame thing and bugged the guy wearing the N7 suit for a picture...

My face is looking strange here, but I'm completely gonna blame that on the low quality of the iphone camera... the Shep-impersonator was actually rather cute in person though, I would have told him so if it wasn't for my terminal shyness in those matters.
Random Shepard Guy, if you're reading this, consider yourself, ehm, complimented.
And call me. ^^

They were giving away free t-shirts, too - sadly none of them Team Alistair/Zevran ones that have been discussed here lately, but still - free Mass Effect goodies, yah!

Yeah, I'm totally in ugly pyjama pants, but hey - weekend!
And saving pictures in MS Paint makes for obscenely bright colours, that's my lesson of the day...

Pro-tip: Wood glue. And sleep on your side. It also helps if your hair is bleach fried. Plus you can get a nice high while putting up your hair.

But I guess they also make some pretty strong hair sprays these days.

that is so cool! how do you get invited to game launch parties?
btw i dont think your face looks weird in any of the pictures. you should have done the face book thing and gotten a pic of yourself doing the flirty kiss-on-the-cheek-while-looking-at-the-camera.

Yes, yes, I warned you.
Oh, that's right, I didn't, I should have put the part about the obscenely bright colours at the beginning of the post... my bad! Hope your eyes recover so that I will not have to account for your invalid pension...

I like the way it makes the Super Heroes book behind me look, though, really properly obscenely BRIGHT.

Aw, you're right, that would have been my perfect pick-up line!
Damn, I'm no good at this...

And you didn't have to be invited, it was a totally free event, every ME fan could attend!
There were even free cocktails advertised for the first 50 or so guests, I think they were called "Asari cocktail", and they also had a green "Thorian" cocktail.
Alas, I didn't arrive early enough to partake of the free drinks, but it was still pretty awesome as you could play the real, honest-to-god game on PC and Xbox (or watch it being played when all the seats where taken), and they had the ME soundtrack playing etc....

Oh. Yeah, I was trying to read what the cover said.

The oversaturation kinda makes that picture look almost cartoony in a way which makes the Super Heroes book seem a bit appropriate in a way.

But yeah, time for me to stare at my black and white wallpaper for a while until my eyes recover.

You can always practice with school glue first, but you know that it's not going to hold up as well or as long, especially if it rains. Still better than egg whites though, gross.

Ye, I know about the egg whites. But I live on the principle of NOT letting food in my hair.... Except for beer when a party is on its best, maybe^^

I used blue elmers glue gell.  Just put it in like gell then blow dry.  But you got to get the blue gell glue not the white if it is the white glue then you will have white crap in your hair,

(Ah, that smiley is sooo cheesy, I thought I'd never use that - but for you, Knight, only for you...)

I, too, am eagerly awaiting ME 2, particularly after seeing so much of it a the launch party.
A shame that my pre-ordered collector's edition is scheduled to be shipped at Feb. 1st at the very earliest...
