I, too, am eagerly awaiting ME 2, particularly after seeing so much of it a the launch party.
A shame that my pre-ordered collector's edition is scheduled to be shipped at Feb. 1st at the very earliest...

Ugh... i preordered the digital deluxe version... Actually lets you preload the game ahead of time the just put in the code on the 26th.. play away. Cant wait.

Thanks, and yeah, it's really late... I ordered it from an amazon marketplace seller because I wanted the collector's edition but I didn't wanna pay the about 95 Euro it was selling at from the official amazon partner at that point.
But, going back to amazon.de, I discover that another seller now has it at exactly the same price I paid, which is 79 € something, and they even ship faster, whereas my order is currently listed as shipping in between the 1st and 11th of February although the release date is the 28th of January here.
Hmph, I'm really regretting that pre-order choice now... <_<

Hm, there's a thought... although I think with marketplace orders, you can't just cancel that easily, you have to contact the seller and work it out, since it's not shipped by amazon itself, it's more like an ebay purchase. But I'll have a look...

And I've just checked, that particular marketplace seller does have a return policy, you can cancel your order within a month of ordering, since I ordered in early January that should still work out... Downside is, they do not even supply an email adress, just a postal one, you actually have to send them a frigging physical formal letter to revoke the order and then there's no telling how quickly they'll process that request.
Well now, I'll be contemplating whether I'll go to that trouble and already order it from the other place in the meantime, hoping the cancelling of the first order will work out...

I would sugges checking out Direct2Drive.com, that is if its available where you are. The Digital Deluxe version is pretty sweet, and comes with all the goodies of the CE.. plus you can predownload it prior to the release date.. big file too, 10g's.. so the early download option is well worth it

That is if you are going to cancel your current order and want an alternative
