The dispersion of the mud on face and cap looks a lot like the blood-splattered effect in DA...
Can't agree about the cringing part though, that's a fine face, I don't see why one shouldn't be able to look at it mud-free also.

you should have just said it was caked on dark spawn blood, that way you can match your pc!

bah don't worry about it. my high schoold classmates tell me the same thing, sort of. That I look exactly the same as I did 4-5 years ago.

Nah, I live and work on a property somewhere in the middle of QLD (Aus). It had rained fairly well and we still had cattle to take back to the paddock. Try riding through mud already swilled up by the progress of eighty Herefords, it's an experience.
