I need to download both of the new trailers

Gametrailers doesn't appear to have the same HD version that the official site has
and the official site doesn't seem to have a download link for these trailers
so anybody here has any idea where to get these trailers in high quality?

I'm also trying to hunt down some HD stuff, the trailers and the demos. For whatever reason, I can't seem to find things that are downloadable any where yet (other than what has been posted on youtube already but would prefer the highest quality stuff).
