Nah, I think you might be reading too much into it.

There's not a lot to talk about with Vega, so we're just discussing possibilities. I think everyone knows that things are likely to change. Some of this specualtion is from leaked data files that are acknowledged to be out of date. I haven't seen anybody take things as 'gospel' on here.

I have been watching (reading...?) this thread since its inception, and I am quite impressed

I personally want to see how Vega will be in game, hopefully not a "squishy" like Kaidan. I want this guy to be a badass, being the stoic alliance soldier... Just read the escape scene for Mass Effect: Revelation with Anderson and Sanders running back from the Eezo factory, that "drive" to go beyond...

However, after a several conversations, it should reveal a bit of a soft spot....(hopefully a mention with Vega's kitten)

Date ideas huh? Well in my headcanon my femshep likes a few drinks and a few games of pool when off duty , And it would be something James would probably enjoy too to cut loose and let their hair down. (If they can find somewhere in the universe that has a traditional pool table and Vega doesnt accidently snap the cue with his strength  )
