Resistance is Futile. Support James Vega in Mass Effect 3 and he'll save kitties.

hmmm, you think they'll need to re-do the artbook now if things are changed because of feedback on the leak ... this is all so very messed up >_<
if you killed Wrex, Clan Urdnot just lost much of it's appeal, in those PTs Grunt would probably like to convert to Clan Vega

This probably changed naturally from the script that leaked because old script was old (no player input needed) but yeah I don't see the devs changing the script at this stage. Too late.

He seems to use Spanish words in his sentences. He doesn't actually just start speaking Spanish, but he'll randomly (and not so randomly) interchange English and Spanish words when talking. I ALSO hope that if he remains this way that his voice actor is bilingual or can at least mimic good Spanglish, because it would kind of suck if his Spanish was bad, ha, ha! D:
He is Bioware's version of Ricky Martin ...

I saw the resemblance in the beta and thought "Wow! My Shepard will be stealing peeks at him."

Fighting against a group of hostile batarians with a tv screen? Oh yes, please. And I'm sold to the idea of him being a bit like a younger Shepard.
And then there was a demo
(expectations running high, eh *looks at the calendar*)

Shepard tapped her fingers in a non-sensical rhythm on the stone ledge, the butt of her sniper rifle wedged in her shoulder joint and her other hand loosely on the handle, her finger north of the trigger.
"Goddamn it! I haven't got all day!" She grumbled out in annoyance.
"Still nothing?" Vega asked, quietly.
"Nada thing." Shepard released her grip on the hand and rolled onto her back, hands folded behind her head, staring up at the sealing.
Vega squatted, pressing on his optical device over his right eye, obviously zooming in on the scene they outpost overlooked. "Didn't they say the rendezvous was at 1430? It's only 1345, ma'am."
"It's called being 'Punctual'." She joked, sort of, sitting up with a grumble. "I thought people would arrive early. You know? Set up the meeting, check for surveillance bugs. All that jazz."
Vega let out a chuckle, nodded slightly. "When you put it that way, yes. You'd think so."
Vega noticed Shepard's expression contorted with discomfort, pulling at the collar of her armour's mess suit. "God, its sweltering up here."
"Could always take off your shirt." Vega murmured before he could stop himself from saying it. He hadn't realised the thought was out loud and the expression on Shepard's face was a mixture of surprise, shock and amusement. She shook her head with a cackle, rolling back into the sniper position.
"I don't think you could handle the sight of your Commanding officer all lithe and sweaty, James." She teased with a dark spark in her eye.
Vega let his lips spread into a cocky smirk, "I'm pretty sure I could, Commander Shepard."
"'Pretty sure', huh? Maybe one day, we'll get the chance to find -" Something caught her eye down the scope. "Hold up. Movement. We'll take later, James."
Vega inwardly swore in frustation. He was really hating the universe's crappy sense of timing.

I'm actually not diggin the camo look for Vega. Everything else I've seen of him I like except his armor. It's...almost too bulky. As if he wouldn't be able to cross his arms in front of his chest.

I hope Vega is a s/s for Shepard if IT FITS HIS CHARACTER.

Yeah I'm not keen on the camo stuff either, but I liked the blue version he gets so it's all good.

That's kind of the point. He's supposed to look like a tank with legs.
Unless he was written to be a homophobe I don't see many reasons as to why him being bisexual wouldn't "fit his character."Hellbound555 wrote...

No, I know he's suppose to be a tank. But...something seems off. Maybe it's the camo colors. It also seems like he has his old face. I suppose there's nothing to correct about his armor. I've seen the beta demo and he is clearly a beast. It just seems when he's in his armor his arms are shorter or something lol. But whatever. If this is the biggest concern I have, it's a nonissue.
