Realistically, do you really think that just because you come out announcing "So wait. Vega is NOT THE S/S option? OH GOD YES" with no solid information to back that up, that every single person hoping for Vega to be available to both genders is just going to follow in your conclusion?

I'm not even someone that would play a MaleShep romancing Vega, but does that mean that I think that he shouldn't be available for those that do want to romance him as a man? Absolutely not. It would be something that's there if you chose that path, and it would also be something that if you had no interest in that you don't even have to address.

And as for you coming to the LOGICAL conclusion based on your research, I can guarantee you that others on here have done the same amount of research into Vega, if not more, and have come to the also LOGICAL conclusion that he is available to male Shepard.

Long and short, noone will no for sure if Vega is bisexual until March.

Ugh this argument is getting old. I will give my opinion based on MY research from the leak.

I went through the leak and from what I can tell there there is a 50% chance he is Bi, we also know he will be romance-able, we just don't know if maleshep will be able to romance Vega for those who want it. He flirts with a lot of people in the leak. He has a lot of flirty/teasing lines with Steve. Heck he even turns down some "embrace eternity" with Liara. Some dialogue suggests romance lines that reflect both Femshep and Maleshep responses. I think you can't discard Vega as being straight just yet.

You can voice your opinion, but don't call those who want Vega to be Bi all a bunch of girls. That is why people are arn't going to take you seriously. You might like Vega, but telling others who want to romance him with maleshep are in "delusion" is not going to strengthen you argument.

So in other news, I've been BEGGING my boyfriend to take me to comic con for like the past 3 years, and he's finally gonna be stationed in San Diego when it happens this year and I've been debating on convincing him to cosplay as Vega  He'd have to grow out his hair a bit to pull off that mohawk, but I've got a feeling he might grill me a bit as to why he's supposed to dress up as a character he doesn't even know about. He was gonna be Alistair....but I've changed my mind recently for some strange reason

By denying this, who do you help? when the game is released, what do you gain in your denial? Except a swift Bioware kick down your throat.

I know, I know, sorries. I just didn't think it was right of him to come into the thread to just put down a bunch of  fans who want Vega to Bi. Heck I will most likely only romance him as Femshep and I think he should be open to all.

LOL, the only reason he feels the way he does is probably because it would make him uncomfortable that Vega looks like "an Alpha male" more than Shepard and that he'd be hitting on his Shep. Which is hilarious. This is, of course, my LOGICAL conclusion (Oh God, that phrase along with "For academic purposes!" are my absolute new favorite things to say).

you know, regardless of who you romance I can't see anyone taking the lead but Shepard
not to use any seme/uke terms or whatever. But I can't shake the feeling that because Shepard is this leader type, it kind of transfers into the romance (and thus bedroom) as well. So if the respective other person would top Shepard it's only because Shepard lets them ... sort of ... this probably sounds wrong and/or makes me look like a terrible person,
does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?!
