i think James Vega be somewhat like Harkin, except less of a jack ass. he shouldn't have a very high respect for authority figures, and he is somewhat of a ruffian. but he has experience and is a good soldier that you know you can rely on in combat. he also should have a sense of humor, kind of like joker's. as for his voice, i think a british accent that isn't to tough would do quite fine. if he odes have a north american accent it should be southern i think.
I'm a little wary of Vega, but this? This I could get behind.

I watched all the seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and I still think that Sokka is a annoying brat.
