Well, it hasn't been announced but this guy (Jamal Kazak) is listed as the VA for Vega on IMDb, and he does bear a very strong reseblance to him. So even if he doesn't turn out to be the VA, I'd bet money that he is at the very least the face model for James.

Not bad, well I'd probably say that he is the voice actor because like you just said, he does have an uncanny resemblance to him.
