Hm. In the trailer, Shepard isn't a biotic, judging by the fact that he has a shield and not a barrier. His third power at the top left of the screen looks kinda similar to James' power. Maybe it's the new symbol for Carnage? James is confirmed to have that power.

You aren't the only one. He is quickly becoming my favorite human. Except everytime I see him I hear in my head "The man Kaidan could have been" and laugh to myself ever since my friend said that after seeing him for the first time.
