Does anybody know if there are conflicts between James and Kaidan if you´ll have a romance with both of them?

Well obviously your origin, class, gender and face. But there'll be a situation where you have to tell the game little about your previous actions - who lived and died. Though I haven't found anything specifics on that part.

If we're talking about James sparring with squadmates, I'd say Garrus or Ashley fit better. Garrus because it will be wink to his ME2 romance dialogue, and Ashley is a tough gal who claimed to be taught in hand to hand combat.

"Kaidan" and "sparring" just sound strange together.

Kaidan still owes me some 'on the floor and give me 20', but yeah, pratising biotics would probably be more suitable ... something that requires silent concentration ... and then Vega walzes in and goats him on about mind tricks and stuff ...
and then they spar ... and more bickering on Vega's side, egging Kaidan on to use his Biotics and Kaidan probably trying his best not to instinctively using them ...

oh, the possibilities ... which we'll probably never see in-game

I thought about the 2 romance partner (for example James and Kaidan) fighting over shepard. The sparring scene as an example. The question is if there will be such scenes at all?

she would throw kaidan out the airlock but the only part of vega going out it would be his clothing
