I was lured in by the mention of kittens.

While I'm here, I fully support the inclusion of a new tank person. If my tank of choice from ME2 is gone my Sheps will need a new one. This guy seems like a decent addition to the group.

(Oh - I was at the hairdresser yesterday and I swear one of the other customers was a dead ringer for Vega. Not as bulky but he was even getting the hair cut! If I didn't think it would have looked a little odd I'd have taken a piccy to prove it.)

Save cats huh, I'm okay with that, but I we are going to be fitghing cerberus for some reason. And I ask you this, what will Mr. Vega do when he has to face these abominations from the cerberus labs and training grounds

But back to the subject at hand is there any word about what kind of personality he will have? Yeah he's new to the series and everything, but will he react to from seeing the intial reaper invasion? I mean shep and crew have known the were coming years in andvance and have been somewhat prepared for the intial shock of their arrival and plans. But how will Vega take these events, like will he get a shell shock for a while or will he be like "Lets do this"?

Since we don't know anything about his personality, we can't really guess how he'll react. We only know that he's oblivious to the Reaper threat, and the politics around it. But one could assume that he, as an Alliance veteran, will be pretty quick to adapt to it under Shepard's leadership.

We don't really have enough info to really answer, the only thing we can do is speculate.  
Going from the pics of him and the little blurb he's got on the wiki, I have a feeling he may be quite blunt in his opinions. I don't see him beating around the bush; got a job to do, get it done.

Basically, I think if Shep doesn't tell the Turian Councillor where to go, Vega will.

People draw in different styles. Understandibly, he wont look spot on. I myself have trouble drawing people; I can see the similarities, while others may not.

Let me guess, the new normandy is going to a gym installed. I really hate the way this character looks. He's too muscular for the ME universe. He looks like he stepped out of gears of war, a game for children. I really hope this just a stunt to get the ME community fired up.

Nothing says "Children's Game!" like gore and blood splatter across your screen!

the only similarity I can see is the haircut and skintone (and even those are subject to differences). Hell, some fan artists even got as far as changing Vega's body type and jawline, as well as downright removing his facial hair, making him look COMPLETELY different, regardless of style.
