Hate to say it but get real. Casey promised a pack of new screenshots long ago, he took requests and that was it. They can't even do that little  <_<

Maybe because they have chosen not to show anything new since E3? What do you want? Screeshots of what we've already seen? More omni-blade action?

Vega may be an interesting character, hopefully it's not another Jacob. I'm always open to having new crew mates and I always try to take different characters with me on my adventures. Not the same old two people. Not quite sure if he's a romance option yet, but if he is, he doesn't look like the same-sex type (in fact, I don't think any human characters in the history of ME have been gay, sorry to burst your bubble.) If he's an interesting character and he does look sexy, it may actual persuade me to do a run through with a female Shepard.

Apparently it was just a small gag among the devs but I was there when everyone (devs and BSN citizens) started worshiping Varric's chest hair and its gloriousness and its powers. If you notice here and pages beyond, the thread became a dev magnet...

Basically, the meme was so powerful it must have made it into the game itself...

I'm willing to give this guy a chance.
He doesn't look like a model, but that's what makes him more interesting in my opinion. Marines aren't supposed to be pretty. Also, it's about time we had a proper marine soldier in the game (besides Shepard, which is optional). We've only had Ash as a soldier in ME1 and then she was taken away in second game. Zaeed was also a soldier in ME2, as far as I remember, but I never used him. Couldn't imagine my Shepard trusting that guy ever.
In the trailer Vega looks much better than in the concept art. After I saw the trailer, I actually began to wish that guy was a real character and a squadmate instead of being a nameless entity for a trailer.

So yeah, my full support for Vega, and a spot on my team. I hope Bioware makes him interesting (even if he's simple)

Considering Ashley has only made it through once in one of my games (and that's because I used the genesis comic), another soldier is definitely needed.

I like Vega because he isn't one of the pretty boy humans that we've had on Shep's team (including Sheploo) so far. He looks like a marine and I like that. Plus fauxhawks are awesome (better than an actual mohawk by far!)

Not to mention that he appeals to my underdog complex. The more people hate on him, the more I love him!

I'm guessing he'll probably be a soldier, but he could end up being a Vanguard too, no one would expect it!
