After that comic, I fully support him. He gave me something to look forward in ME3. I actually want to meet him and have him on my team, and I can't say the same about any of the other confirmed characters.

That's great, from the looks of it we finally get a passionate, impulsive male human, thank you Bioware!
Don't get me wrong, I love Kaidan and I respect Jacob, but this really is my stop to get off. I hope, he'll be a LI for both genders, I have just the Sheps for him. This is going to be interesting.
And all of this being on Omega, I immidiately thought of the upper level of After LIfe. There is this woman in the background, who says "Has anybody seen my cat?" - Now guess, who has that cat! *wishfulthinking*
Only thing I don't like is them bringing in Shep in chains. I always hoped, I could go into the trial on my own free will, unbound, with my head held high.

Me too. Why has Vega to watch over Shepard? This makes only sense if Shepard would not come back willingly but in Arrival we had the possibility to say that we will come to face the trial.
But I am really looking forward to Vega - I was afraid he will be a new Jenkins but with all the efforts they put in him I think he will really be a squadmate that will follow you until the end.

Shepard going into the trial shackled up is probably just the Alliance trying to make nice with the Batarians, to show them that the alliance take the matter seriously. If the batarian's didn't know Shepard was behind the attack I'm sure the only trial s/he would have was with Anderson, Udina and maybe even the council.elektrego wrote...
