Maybe at one time, but since he stopped idolizing Shepard, he may have some issues with him/her.

I agree. I already went down that road with Garrus, I don't want to do it again.
I'm fine with Vega admiring Shepard's accomplishments, but I don't want to significantly change his mind about something. Probably.

Well to be honest, for me more important is James personality  I don't care too much how potential LI looks. I found Thane very interesting character and I like his personality, and almost all my Shepards have romance with him, even if he looks so....alien.

He looks rather normal, so I've listed him as potential BFF for more or less friendly Shepard. Some other characters are instantly recognised as targeted for another things - Jack almost has huge sign "dangerous b***h", Miranda - "ice queen" and Zaeed - "badass mercenary", but somehow in my books James now marked as "friendly glacier"

Oh yes! I'd definitely replay the moment when he sings over and over.

And this will play rather well in "Vega is young Shepard" area. Not in a sense that if you play as femShep he'd be voiced by Hale, though:sick: And Meer can make own voice practically unrecognisable - vorcha or Jethann (whom I got as Meer only after being directly pointed), so this may work
