Bio Ware DID announce that there will be same-sex romance options for both male and femal shepards in ME3... And since I think we'd all be upset if one of our old male squad members turned gay on us... vega IS probably the male character who Bio Ware chose to make the gay or bisexual character for mass effect 3.

Not necessarily. According to what I've read the beta is missing textures and sounds here and there. We might just be so unfortunate that his voice might be one of those missing sounds...

I wouldn't mind a slight russian accent, one that you can pick up if he says certain words or if you really listen to it, but for some reason I picture Kevin Mckidd doing is voice. (He did Soap Mactavish in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.)

Unless Vega has messed up proportions I assume he is taller than Shepard, which is interesting because I think all male squadmates (that aren't alien) have been the same height as Shep.

That's because they all use the same body model, I think.

They use the same skeleton. All bipedals in ME use the same skeleton and are more or less the same height. 

I found it ironic that one of my Sheps who romanced Jacob, towered over him since she was wearing the long skirt as a casual outfit.

He does look punny compared to Shepard, but I think its just the screenshot, Vega doesn't even look like he is looking at shepard.

LMAO! This must be made! But seriously whatever you decide to is fine with me. I agree though I would prefer a bromance picture with Vega, not many of those around! Any companion would do for me, I do prefer Kaidan or Femshep though.
