It's been a while since I bought a retail disc product (been a steam guy for years) but if memory serves they usually ship the game the day before.  So if a game is due out on Friday it gets posted on Thursday.

I've generally found GAME good for sending games out, last 2 games I got, I actually got day before the UK release dates.

Well, it's a pre-order so hopefully they should put it in the post before the game is released so that we should actually get it through our letter boxes on the friday. I took the Express delivery option as well, so fingers crossed I guess.
However I may change my pre-order to Amazon UK if they put it up there.

I've always used standard shipping when pre-ordering from GAME and have always got the game the day before release

I've never seen a company wait until the release day of a product, and then ship it  - for example I remember back when Halo 3 was released, and more recently with Halo Reach Gameplay dispatched both of these games 5-6 days before release due to the amount of orders. 

Likewise with a few others, once Gameplay get their website sorted I may change to them as they've never let me down, but all in all I'm just happy I'm getting a CE copy of ME3

Be careful!  Game was dropping people off the signature edition list constantly with DA2.  Thehy may have gotten better,  but,  you might want to look for a more reputable dealer.

That is true. I personally got my signature edition of DA2 from GAME with absolutely no problems, but lots of people were reporting their sig. editions were dropped. That wasn't a problem that was exclusive to GAME, however.

I personally pre-ordered my copy of the Collector's Edition from GAME an hour or so ago. Now... we wait...

From what I remember it was a supply issue and they didn't have enough copies for all of the pre-orders so they started dropping the newer pre-orders that qualified.
They did handle it badly though.

I always pre-order with game and as yet I have never paid for express delivery and have always had the game delivered on release day, sometimes the day before (that's not happened for a while though).

Now I just need to remember to book a weeks holiday ...

$80 = £48, not what Game is charging. I'll wait for Amazon with their pre-order price guarantee and the fact that they only charge you when they actually ship the item. (That said, Game are great for getting new deliveries out really fast. I had my copy of ME2 delivered from the UK to my flat in Paris on release day. 'Twas sweet.)

More than likley Amazon will be the same price as £70 is the typical price for CEs now.

I usually buy my games at GAME UK. Never had any problems with the shipment. Only one time with the MK Collector's Edition. For whatever reason GAME won't ship packages above 1kg outside of UK :/

I find Amazon's prices are consistently lower than other retailers for most items I'd want to buy from them, including games.  Correctly or incorrectly, I don't expect them to charge more than £50 for the PC version of the collector's edition (they're already charging only £28 for the pre-order of the regular edition).  Anyway, the great thing about their pre-order price guarantee is that if I pre-order, say, tomorrow, and my game remains pre-ordered for nine months, then no matter whether the price may go up or down I'll be charged the lowest price.  It's pretty sweet.

I think they use Royal mail for posting and the shiping cost is why they dont do international for 1kg and over. Its £10-£12 untracked to say germany and only if the item is under £45. If the item is over £45 the 
postage
 cost goes to £35 for 2kg and over your at about £15 for untracked uninsured and £50 for tracked and insured.

I think I will stick with normal version... much cheaper
