I am playing through Dragon Age Origins again and I cannot find the codex for The Four Schools of Magic: Spirit. I am playing as a human noble so it should be in Mage's assunder but it does not seem to be. I have gone through the whole place more than three times with no luck. Dragon age wiki say that it should be in the room after the one where you get one of the forms but I have not found it there. Is there any way of getting it? I just want to get all the codex.

What the wiki says is what the wiki says. If you're on a PC, you may be able to use some script on the console to just get it.

I'd check the wiki. Probably a quicker answer, though I'm not sure there is one.
