So when ME2 came out, I purchased a 360 copy at Gamestop, and a collector's edition from Steam.  The codes for extra content linked to my BioWare account, and I ended up being able to get all the extra content from either on both platforms.  Think it's going to be the same for ME3?  I plan on getting one collector's copy (likely the 360) and a copy on Steam.
