 Was watching  the demo on TV the other day while romancing Liara in ME1 and it sorta pop in my heqad

"Can a Asari mate witha husk?" 

In the codex, it state they don't have physical sex to get pregnant so...

I don't think the asari are interested in figuring it out.
And I'm under the impression that the husks' reproductive systems are dead.

Which Asari wouldn't need.

I guess if the Husks' nervous system was still working, sure.

A husk doesnt even have a nervous system? Asari need those to mate i recall. A husk is the same as a dead person.

Its just kept running with tech and electricity. So unless asari can mate with dead people...

Probably.

I think that if it has DNA, the Asari can steal it. Collector, Husk, whatever... the Asari could probably use it to randomize their own DNA and create a perfectly normal Asari child.

Thats why harbinger doesn't kill shepard, but tries to keep him alive, if they get shepard they can use her/him to lure all the asari.

I'm assuming now.

They can't with Reapers because it requires a mind meld with the mate, and as Reapers are machines and not organic in anyway I don't think they could. Kind of an analog/digital deal.

They can't with husks because... well... they don't have minds anymore.
