Actually Reapers have organic components, that's why they need all of that organic sludge pumped into them.

My only problem is that I'm not sure it could work the other way. Reapers seem to have far more advanced mental structures then humans or Asari. I feel like an Asari wouldn't be able to do anything with it.

If the husks even HAVE a nervous system its a redundant one, and I imagine it would be broken down for raw material by the dragon's teeth.

Though if husks still have DNA it would probably be the DNA they had before they were huskified so in essence a Asari mating with a husk would be no different than a Asari mating with anybody else.

I doubt they can meld with husks (they're mindless corpses with cybernetics), but I'm sure they can meld with rachni and get kids.

No.

While Asari don't reproduce sexually, they do need to mind meld with their mate. The Reapers are some sort of weird mix of an organic and synthetic hive mind, and the husks are just as the name emplies...empty husks. I suspect Reaper 'brains' would be incompatible with the Asari, and the husks have no minds to speak of.
