ME1 was PG-13, not even R. I'd just like to see male rear nudity. Even with the Kaidan romance you always only saw skin on the female.

Ah yes, "Artfully done nudity"

We have dismissed these claims......

Both ME1 and 2 are rated R13 in NZ. But then again, other parts of the world that isn't NA, sex and cursing isn't "that" bad.
I loved the ME1 sex scenes compared to the ME2 ones. But, I want more than just a "scene", I was compassion, and feelings building up to that point.
If they left it how it was in the past 2 games...I'll be dissapoint. Also, it will probably happen in the last few hours before defeating the reapers. It always happens in the last few hours before anything big happens...Sigh. :[

I'd really wish that the sex scenes look like in ME. If you have to be 18 to buy the game, fine, so be it. I'd rather deal with angry teens than with another awkward "let's have sex without taking our clothes off" scene. I mean, yes, Miranda and Jacob are semi-naked, but it just doesn't look believable.

I don't know about the rest of the world, but here in America you have to be at least eighteen to buy an M rated video game anyway. I think that law varies from state to state though, but that's how it is here in Illinois.

Yeah, but contrary to popular belief, the USA isn't the only country on the planet.:P In Germany both ME and ME2 were rated 16. Dunno about PEGI though, we have our own rating system. We are more liberal about sex, but a lot more strict when it comes to violence.

That's putting it mildly. No one bats an eye when you eviserate, decapitate, and eradicate some baddy on the screen in the most spectacularly gruesome way, but show a hint of side boob, or Use Sexually themed innuendo, and you're on FAUX News as the worst thing to happen to kid's innocence since beer, cigarettes, and cancer <_<

In America you could have a man's head blown off fiffty times on TV. But you can't show breast.

Well, that's how it works. Can show a man get his guts torn out and his head bitten off, but a nipple is a no-go.

Speaking of beer, in Germany you can start drinking alcohol (beer and wine, no hard stuff) as soon as you're 16. Which is why we are awesome. Smoking used to be allowed for 16yr-olds, too, until they changed it to 18 a couple years ago.  We may have drunk kids, but at least they can't get a driving license with 16 or walk into a store and buys some guns.:?

Anyways, here it's exactly the other way round. Frontal nudity? Sex? No problem. Blowing up people? Yeah, you're gonna have news coverage for about a month plus the annual motion in our parliament to completely ban violent video games. May happen twice a year if there's a "school massacre". That'S where Prussian discipline and order comes to bear, we all know the drill when these things happen or a new Call of Duty is released.

I remember that after Columbine a lot of people in the US wanted to have Marilyn Manson's music banned. Did anybody ever think of having something like...I dunno...gun control? Oh, wait, I forgot - you need in case the redcoats come to take back the colonies, forget I said anything.:o

That's both funny and sad at the same time.

Why does everyone care about sex in ME3? Is sex really that necessary to have romances in ME3?

PS: I find it extremely annoying how everyone considers the sex scenes in ME1 "tasteful". It seems like everyone's definition of tasteful is whether or not you get turned on.

Honest thanks for being the first person to just come out and say it. I'm not a Tali fanboy whatsoever but the fact that otherwise this thread would've just been a bunch of guys ****footing around the issue of nudity by just saying it's more "mature" to show T&A. You are a credit to our race, and should be part of the first contact party of whatever race we meet when going up into space.

Hey hey hey now.. we have PLEANTY of gun control. The problem is, criminals don't obay laws. Thus, more laws about gun control isn't going to help anyone. It's just going to hurt the people who DO follow the laws.

Not.. that politics is a good thing to discuss on a game forum about Mass Effect >.>

On topic?: I support Fem!Shep side boob and Kaiden Ass and Abs!

No,but if it's done,it should be taken seroiusly and done right, not like that dry humping from ME2-

Oh HA.Ha. :P

As far as the beer is concerned, I was led to believe that that was due to the poor water quality in the cities. As far as gun control goes, I agree to an extent. I don't want to start a flame on that, so I won't elaborate. But picking up on your alcohol at 16, it's sort of like my stance on alcohol and people in the military. Which my argument is "So at 18 I can go to war, blow a man's head off, take enemy fire, probably end up missing fingers from a I.E.D., but perish the thought that, even though I'm risking life and limb, I STILL can't drink a Guiness? @#$%$@#$#!!!"
