what happen with the gray box of kasumi,remember the dlc history.

The decisions of destroy or save the gray box in ME3 have consecuences?

kasumi is confirmed for ME3?

Kasumi might have a cameo if you did the DLC, but that's likely it.

No promises, but here's what ME3 producer Jesse Huston said (link):

The game is much more than the overt story with Commander Shepard and the Reapers. There are many story threads running through the game. Will the Genophage ever come to an end? Will we ever see the Rachni again? I asked Houston how many of those lower-level stories will be resolved. "A lot," he said, laughing, "A lot." He explained that all the stories were built knowing they would be resolved in the final game. The plotlines will be resolved, and things will come to a definite end. Even what Houston referred to as "C-level" plots will come back and be closed.

"Not only are we tying up loose ends, but we're bringing loads of characters back... a lot of characters back. As a game dev, it's a nightmare," he said. "We hope the users love it, because we put a lot of effort into making sure everything is tied up."

i had her not destroy the box... not just to be nice to her but because there was a big thumpin picture of a Reaper as the first image you see from the box. If it has any information about Reapers i want it around. Also, KASUMI RULES, i'm playing ME2 for the 1st time on PS3 and i take her on every mission. She has the coolest attitude and lines.

I'm curious to find out myself.

I advised Kasumi to keep the data, whatever it was.
But she never said what was in the data!

I'm going to be very disappointed if I get to the end of ME3 and never find out!


But is Kasumi important enough to rate an appearance in ME3?
To me she is, but does BioWare think her story deserves a conclusion?

And if I ends with, "Sorry, she's dead, somebody removed her grey box to get the data and it was fatal", then I won't be very happy with that eventuality either......

I'm guessing it's an Alliance/Reaper cover up. And a very bad one at that. Something that really makes the Alliance come off as total pricks.

It should do something for 3 I figured it would be used to hurt the Alliance but why can't I just blackmail them to do what I want for a change? I do however plan to use that Cerberus data to hurt them.

Maybe a situation comes up where the Alliance refuses to cooperate with the Council and it's anti-Reaper Allies, so you have to help ally them by getting Kasumi to show it's contents as blackmail?

I think Keiji cheated on Kasumi and recorded that crap story on his neuroimplant so that she never finds out what he was doing in his free time.
