So I've pretty much finished a WineSkin that will run ME2 on my MacBook Pro, but I cannot modify the coalesced.ini file in any way with any program whatsoever. Since I'm running a Mac, I can't run notepad++. I tried with text wrangler but ME2 still crashes on startup. So what I'd like to try is have the coalesced.ini file modified on a PC with notepad++ and then I'll just dump the file into the right place. Would anyone here be willing to mod this if I gave them the fields and values I need changed? Thank you in advance!

Modifying the coalesced.ini file will cause the game to crash. You need a third-party application like the Mass Effect 2 Coalesced Editor to safely modify it.

Hence why I'm trying to enlist help from someone with the tools/experience to make this happen.

Unfortunately, ME2 is unfriendly enough to edited .ini files that you need to use something like this to make it useable again. Can't remember what has to be done, but at any rate, that and Coalesced Editor are the only two programs I can remember that do it.

So, I'd suggest you send me the already-edited Coalesced.ini and I can try running it through ME2IniFixer for me - hopefully that's all that's needed. I've PMed you my e-mail address.
