At the point in the quest where I need to go into the Chantry to confront Hayder. Isabela is standing outside, and the quest indicator says to go into the Chantry, but I can't click on the blasted door to zone in. I've tried saving, restarting, PLEASE HELP. I have the latest patch.

Had a similar problem
You need to save your game, exit it completely, and then reboot the game. It will work then.
Its a memory leak.

I've also tried going and doing other quests to see if that would "unlock" the quest. I'm pretty far in to be starting over and if this doesn't get resolved I don't get Isabela...and quite frankly that isn't an option as she makes this game interesting.

According to the wiki, there is a bug with the doors if you loot the bodies from the Hightown ambush before Isabela instructs you to do so. If possible, you might want to try reloading a save just prior to meeting her and see if that fixes it.

Ok, well that sucks big time. My earlier save was like 10 hours ago.
