Thing is the demo looked like Anderson being a Admiral still, what about if he is on the council I don't think he'd be on earth then due to his role right?

Who knows. He could be on earth as part of the trial. Being a councilor would make his opinion carry a lot of weight. He's also one of the few who actually acknowledge the reaper threat.

In the background on a video cast of them talking about ME3, they showed at the end a paused screen just after Shepard get's on board the Normandy. In the background behind Cassey's head was a dialog wheel, with the options that looked like a response to Anderson saying he is staying behind on Earth instead of going with Shepard.

It was either on Bioware TV or Gametrailers so feel free to look for it yourself, but I think Anderson stays on Earth to help rescue others or fight the Reapers.

Considering take bioware really is working on choices with actual effects in game, i would't surprised to see that if we leave him on earth as restiance member he unexpectactly surives, and if we take him on the Normandy he dies.

Anderson didn't die, he's staying on Earth to rally some forces.

I mean think about it, he's a badass, he was suppose to be the first human specter. I doubt he's just going to be a martyr a jump in front of a bullet and die. They won't kill him off, unless at the VERY end of the game, like Sergent Johnson in Halo.

Just curious, as the scene with Anderson at the end of ME3 is one of the best scenes in the entire series. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there.

come on, dude, his death was perfectly designed. it is one of the best moments of the game.
