So I've seen a few Mass Effect Videos and for the melee attacks I've seen three so far

1. The Omni-Blade
2. The Omni -Punch
3. Gun beatdown

Since I'm assuming they were all shown with Soldier maybe you can choose what shepard will do for his/her melee attack.  I liked the gun beatdown the most from what I saw.
